To shop this website first click the "shop" button on the left side. From there you can navigate the category lists to find the items you are looking for. Click on the item links to access the item details and "add to cart" options and button.
Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "add to card" button alongside the item you want, if available make your selection of the available options.
You can look at your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking the "view cart" button or "cart contents" link.
Once you are ready to check out click the "Checkout" button.

During checkout you can select to create an account (which makes it easier for you as a return customer) or select to place your order without an account by clicking on that link. If you are concerned about the security of your private information, read this

Shipping:
We ship all domestic orders with USPS Priority mail. The shipping charge is at least $4.25, or more depending on the size of your order. You will see your shipping charge automatically calculated at checkout.
Faster shipping options are available, send and email to info@luckyaccessories.com to discuss your options.
If you are local (Raleigh/Triangle, NC) and prefer not to pay for shipping you can select the "local pick up" shipping option which will keep the shipping balance at $0 and you can pick up your order once it's completed.

While most of the jewelry on the website is in stock and ready to ship as the order is placed, other pieces are made to order and may require 2 to 3 weeks to ship. If you are pressed for time, please email us at info@luckyaccessories.com to discuss the piece(s) you would like to order and the date you need them by. Unless otherwise notified, expect your order to ship between 1 to 3 business days after placing it.

Secure:
The entire checkout process of our website is done over secure servers, and all your information is encrypted and only accessible by us with password protection. Due to the layout of our website (in frames) you don't see the secure address and padlock icon in the address bar. If you'd prefer to access your shopping cart with the visible secure address click on the "Click here to see your cart in a separate window." option at the bottom of your shopping cart window.

Payments:
- We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, or Master card for credit cards.
- We accept Paypal: use the paypal option at checkout
- Check: use the check option at checkout- if you choose this option your order will not start processing until payment is received.

All payment processes are secure.

You can also place a phone order if you wish. Phone orders can be paid with credit card, or check. Orders paid for by check will be held until payment is received.

Returns:
Returns are accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or not as ordered. You have seven days after receipt of the piece to contact us about a return. Upon agreement you can return the piece for credit toward a replacement, or a different piece. Shipping charges can not be credited.

Repairs:
We will be happy to repair any of our items that may have gotten damaged due to time, wear, etc. If applicable, you may be charged for labor, materials, and/or shipping, but this can not be assessed until the piece in question is in our hands. Contact us about any repairs, and we'll take it from there.


House Call:
Another option is to make an appointment to stop by and see the jewelry in person along with all the new jewelry that is not on the site yet, or to discuss a special order. If you would like to make an appointment, please call or email. Most often you can stop by the same day if you want to. In person you can pay with credit card, cash, or check.
